This market asks a simple question about the first map of B8 vs GamerLegion at IEM Cologne Major Stage 2: will Map 1 go past 21.5 total rounds? In Counter-Strike, that usually means the map must be relatively close, because regulation only reaches 24 rounds in a 13-11 scoreline and overtime can push the total higher. The market is especially useful to watch because Map 1 format details, vetoes, and how competitive the matchup looks can all affect whether the round count stays short or stretches into a tight finish.
The event is the Counter-Strike match between B8 and GamerLegion, listed for June 7 at 10:30 AM ET in the IEM Cologne Major Stage 2. The outcome is based only on the total rounds played on Map 1, combining both teams’ rounds on that single map, and it does not depend on who wins the map or the match overall. If Map 1 is completed normally, the final round total decides whether the result is Over or Under 21.5; if the map is not played to completion or is resolved by forfeit, default, walkover, or cancellation, the market resolves 50-50.
A line of 21.5 rounds sits right around the boundary between a one-sided map and a competitive one. In CS2, a lopsided map can end at 13-5, 13-8, or something similar, while a closer map can reach 13-11 or go to overtime and easily clear this threshold. That creates uncertainty around how long the opening map will last, especially in a tournament setting where vetoes, side balance, and team form can change whether the first map is quick or drawn out.
Anything that changes expectations for Map 1 length can move this market: the map veto, the likely opening map, and whether either team is thought to have a strong edge on that map. A pick that favors one side heavily tends to support the Under, while a balanced map pool or a close stylistic matchup can push attention toward the Over. Because overtime counts, a match that looks likely to be tight late is especially relevant here, even if one team ultimately wins the map.

View marketThe current market price implies roughly a 100% chance for the leading outcome, based on live Polymarket pricing. That number is not a prediction from PredictionNinja and it is not a guarantee; it is the current crowd-priced view of the market and can change quickly when new information appears.
The key thing to verify is that Map 1 is actually played to completion, since that is required for the round total to count. Readers should also check the official match page or tournament result source for the final Map 1 score, because the market resolves from the combined round count on that map alone. If the match is delayed, canceled, or altered by a non-standard result, the settlement rules say the market can resolve 50-50, so the completion status of Map 1 matters as much as the score itself.

This market is currently listed with an end date of Jun 7, 2026. Market timelines can change if the underlying event is postponed, rescheduled, or resolved early.
This market refers to the Counter-Strike match between B8 and GamerLegion in the IEM Cologne Major Stage 2, initially scheduled for June 7 at 10:30AM ET. This market is decided solely by the total number of rounds played within Map 1 of this match (the combined round score of both teams on that single map), and is independent of which team wins Map 1 or the overall match. This market will resolve to "Over" if the combined number of rounds played by both teams on Map 1, including any overtime, is greater than 21.5. This market will resolve to "Under" if the combined number of rounds played is less than 21.5. If the combined number of rounds played is exactly 21.5, this market will resolve 50-50. Map 1 must be played to completion, with a final round score determined by rounds actually played, for this market to resolve to "Over" or "Under". If Map 1 is completed in this way, the market resolves on that round total regardless of how the remainder of the match concludes (including any later forfeit, disqualification, walkover, or default). If Map 1 is not played at all, is not played to completion, or is decided by forfeit, disqualification, walkover, or default rather than by rounds played to a conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50. If the match is canceled, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without Map 1 being completed, this market will resolve 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead, including video evidence.
