This market asks a narrow but important Counter-Strike question: how many rounds will Map 1 between B8 and M80 last in the IEM Cologne Major Stage 2 match. Because the line is set at 27.5 rounds, it is really a bet on whether the opening map ends in regulation with a relatively quick finish, or stretches long enough to cross that threshold.
The event is the Map 1 round total for B8 vs. M80 at IEM Cologne Major Stage 2, initially scheduled for June 6 at 3:15 PM ET. Only the first map matters here, and the result is based on the combined number of rounds actually played on that map, including overtime if it happens, not on which team wins the map or the match. Over means more than 27.5 total rounds; Under means fewer than 27.5; exactly 27.5 would settle 50-50, though in practice that exact split is not possible under standard round scoring.
A total like 27.5 sits near the point where a map can go either way: a one-sided map can end well below it, while a close map that reaches 13-11, 13-12, or overtime can push it over. Fans of CS2 follow these totals because map length is shaped by team strength, veto outcomes, and whether the teams’ styles produce tight trading rounds or a decisive blowout. The market is pricing disagreement over whether B8 and M80 will produce a short, clean map or a longer, more competitive one.
Anything that changes expectations for how competitive Map 1 will be can move this market, especially the map veto and any roster or role changes that affect each team’s comfort on the chosen map. A veto that lands on one side’s strong pick can make an Over more plausible, while a lopsided map pairing can point toward an Under. Because this is about the first map only, the most relevant developments are pre-match lineup confirmations, the announced map, and whether the game looks likely to reach overtime territory.

View marketThe current market price implies roughly a 0% chance for the leading outcome, based on live Polymarket pricing. That number is not a prediction from PredictionNinja and it is not a guarantee; it is the current crowd-priced view of the market and can change quickly when new information appears.
To resolve this market, readers should check that Map 1 is actually played to completion and that the final round count is taken from the completed first map, not the overall series. The official result source is the match result itself from the event, and the key ambiguity to watch for is any postponement, cancellation, forfeit, walkover, or default, since those situations can force a 50-50 settlement under the rules. The deadline is tied to the scheduled match window, with a fallback that sends the market to 50-50 if Map 1 is not completed within seven days of the scheduled date.

This market is currently listed with an end date of Jun 7, 2026. Market timelines can change if the underlying event is postponed, rescheduled, or resolved early.
This market refers to the Counter-Strike match between B8 and M80 in the IEM Cologne Major Stage 2, initially scheduled for June 6 at 3:15PM ET. This market is decided solely by the total number of rounds played within Map 1 of this match (the combined round score of both teams on that single map), and is independent of which team wins Map 1 or the overall match. This market will resolve to "Over" if the combined number of rounds played by both teams on Map 1, including any overtime, is greater than 27.5. This market will resolve to "Under" if the combined number of rounds played is less than 27.5. If the combined number of rounds played is exactly 27.5, this market will resolve 50-50. Map 1 must be played to completion, with a final round score determined by rounds actually played, for this market to resolve to "Over" or "Under". If Map 1 is completed in this way, the market resolves on that round total regardless of how the remainder of the match concludes (including any later forfeit, disqualification, walkover, or default). If Map 1 is not played at all, is not played to completion, or is decided by forfeit, disqualification, walkover, or default rather than by rounds played to a conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50. If the match is canceled, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without Map 1 being completed, this market will resolve 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead, including video evidence.
