This market is about a best-of-three Counter-Strike 2 match between G2 and FUT Esports at IEM Cologne Major Stage 2. It is worth watching because stage matches in a major-style event can swing quickly on map vetoes, momentum, and how well each lineup handles pressure in a short series.
The question here is simple: who wins the Round 3 BO3 between G2 and FUT Esports in IEM Cologne Major Stage 2. G2 is the named favorite in the market title, but the result will be decided by the official match outcome, not by round score or map count alone. The market is scheduled around June 7 at 1:00 PM ET, and it resolves to G2 or FUT Esports depending on which team wins the match under the stated rules.
A BO3 Counter-Strike match has enough volatility that a stronger-seeming team can still lose if the map pool lines up badly, if a roster is struggling on a given day, or if the veto creates uncomfortable map choices. That is especially true in a tournament stage setting, where advancement pressure and short series format make every pistol round, side switch, and momentum shift matter more than in a longer league format. Readers may care because both team reputation and the specific stage format can point in different directions, creating real uncertainty about which side gets the win.
The biggest price movers are usually roster confirmation, any last-minute substitution, the announced map veto, and whether either team looks especially strong or shaky on the maps selected for the series. In a BO3, a single upset map can change expectations fast, especially if one lineup has a clear comfort pick or the other has known weaknesses on particular maps. Anything that suggests the match has been postponed, rescheduled, forfeited, or is subject to unusual resolution conditions can also matter because the market has special fallback rules for non-standard outcomes.

View marketThe current market price implies roughly a 27% chance for the leading outcome, based on live Polymarket pricing. That number is not a prediction from PredictionNinja and it is not a guarantee; it is the current crowd-priced view of the market and can change quickly when new information appears.
Before the market resolves, check the official result on HLTV, since that is the stated source of truth for this page. It is also worth verifying that the match was actually played as scheduled, because the rules treat canceled matches, ties, delays beyond seven days, and some forfeiture scenarios differently from a normal completed series. If there is any ambiguity about team naming, a replacement player, or a delayed final result, the market rules say the underlying real-world match outcome controls, not exact name matching.

This market is currently listed with an end date of Jun 8, 2026. Market timelines can change if the underlying event is postponed, rescheduled, or resolved early.
This market refers to the Counter-Strike Round 3 match between G2 and FUT Esports in the IEM Cologne Major Stage 2, initially scheduled for June 7 at 1:00PM ET. This market will resolve to "G2" if G2 win the match against FUT Esports. This market will resolve to "FUT Esports" if FUT Esports win the match against G2. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
