This market asks whether Map 1 of Monte vs. Legacy at the IEM Cologne Major Stage 2 will go beyond 21.5 total rounds. Because the result depends only on the first map’s round count, it is a clean read on how competitive that opening map is, regardless of who wins the match overall.
Monte and Legacy are scheduled to play in the IEM Cologne Major Stage 2, with Map 1 originally set for June 7 at 8:30 AM ET. The only thing that matters here is the combined number of rounds played on that single map: 22 or more means Over, 21 or fewer means Under, and an exact 21.5 split would be settled 50-50 under the market rules. If Map 1 is never completed, or the match is decided by forfeit, default, walkover, cancellation, or a delay beyond seven days without Map 1 being finished, the market resolves 50-50.
Round totals in Counter-Strike are shaped by map choice, team style, and how close the teams are on a given day, so there is real uncertainty before the first map begins. A blowout can end under 22 rounds quickly, while a 13-10 type scoreline hits the threshold exactly and overtime pushes the total well past it. The market is essentially pricing disagreement over whether Map 1 will be routine or tightly contested.
Anything that changes expectations for how Map 1 will play can move this market, especially the announced map veto, roster changes, and whether either side is known for slow, tactical games or fast, streaky starts. In a best-of-series setting, a map that tends to favor one team strongly can pull the total toward Under, while closely matched teams or maps that often produce close scores and overtime can support Over. Because the outcome is based only on Map 1, pre-match information about the opening veto is especially important.
The current market price implies roughly a 100% chance for the leading outcome, based on live Polymarket pricing. That number is not a prediction from PredictionNinja and it is not a guarantee; it is the current crowd-priced view of the market and can change quickly when new information appears.

View marketThe key things to verify are that the match actually starts, that Map 1 is completed, and that the official round score is recorded for the first map only. Readers should check the event schedule, the official match page, and any map veto or veto-order details if they are available, since those are the main clues for how competitive the opening map may be. The market rules also make the resolution source important: if the map ends by forfeit or is not played to completion, the standard over/under outcome does not apply and the market settles 50-50.

This market is currently listed with an end date of Jun 7, 2026. Market timelines can change if the underlying event is postponed, rescheduled, or resolved early.
This market refers to the Counter-Strike match between Monte and Legacy in the IEM Cologne Major Stage 2, initially scheduled for June 7 at 8:30AM ET. This market is decided solely by the total number of rounds played within Map 1 of this match (the combined round score of both teams on that single map), and is independent of which team wins Map 1 or the overall match. This market will resolve to "Over" if the combined number of rounds played by both teams on Map 1, including any overtime, is greater than 21.5. This market will resolve to "Under" if the combined number of rounds played is less than 21.5. If the combined number of rounds played is exactly 21.5, this market will resolve 50-50. Map 1 must be played to completion, with a final round score determined by rounds actually played, for this market to resolve to "Over" or "Under". If Map 1 is completed in this way, the market resolves on that round total regardless of how the remainder of the match concludes (including any later forfeit, disqualification, walkover, or default). If Map 1 is not played at all, is not played to completion, or is decided by forfeit, disqualification, walkover, or default rather than by rounds played to a conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50. If the match is canceled, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without Map 1 being completed, this market will resolve 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead, including video evidence.

Spread
The bid-ask spread is tight, which usually points to a more actively priced market.
