This market is about the opening-round best-of-one between paiN and TYLOO at IEM Cologne Major Stage 2. Because it is a single-map match, one veto, one hot start, or one late-round mistake can decide the result very quickly, which is why this kind of CS2 market can stay volatile right up to the server start.
The question is simply which team wins the Round 1 match: paiN or TYLOO. The event is listed for June 6 at 7:30 AM ET, and the market is tied to the official match result from IEM Cologne Major Stage 2 rather than map-by-map performance. If the match is not played, ends without a winner, or is delayed beyond the market’s seven-day window, the resolution can fall back to 50-50 under the stated rules.
paiN and TYLOO are from different CS2 scenes and may arrive with different forms, preparation, and comfort on the day, so there is genuine uncertainty about who will take a one-map series. In a BO1, pre-match expectations matter less than in longer series because the map draw, pistol rounds, and early economy can swing the outcome. That combination makes the matchup a live question rather than a routine favorite-versus-underdog formality.
The biggest price movers are match-specific details: which map is selected, whether either team is using a stand-in or has had a roster change, and whether one side has a clear edge on the chosen battleground. Because this is Stage 2 at a major event, recent bracket pressure, travel or scheduling issues, and any official team news can also matter if they affect readiness before the start. If the match begins and one team looks unusually strong on the pistol rounds or in early gun rounds, that can shift sentiment quickly in a BO1 setting.
The current market price implies roughly a 0% chance for the leading outcome, based on live Polymarket pricing. That number is not a prediction from PredictionNinja and it is not a guarantee; it is the current crowd-priced view of the market and can change quickly when new information appears.

View marketBefore the market resolves, check that the match actually starts and finishes, since the rules treat cancellations, long delays, ties, and some walkover situations differently. The resolution source is official information from HLTV, so the final result should be verified there first, with broader credible reporting only if HLTV has not posted the outcome within the stated time window. Readers should also watch for last-minute roster changes or a replayed/aborted match, because those details can affect whether the result is a normal win, a forfeit scenario, or a 50-50 resolution.

This market is currently listed with an end date of Jun 6, 2026. Market timelines can change if the underlying event is postponed, rescheduled, or resolved early.
This market refers to the Counter-Strike Round 1 match between paiN and TYLOO in the IEM Cologne Major Stage 2, initially scheduled for June 6 at 7:30AM ET. This market will resolve to "paiN" if paiN win the match against TYLOO. This market will resolve to "TYLOO" if TYLOO win the match against paiN. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
