This market is about the BLAST Slam Playoffs grand final in Dota 2: Team Yandex versus LGD Gaming in a best-of-five series. Because it is a playoff final, the outcome is decided by the match result itself rather than by standings or tiebreakers, so the key thing to watch is which team officially takes the series.
The title points to one specific esports matchup: Team Yandex against LGD Gaming in the BLAST Slam Playoffs final, scheduled for June 7 at 9:30AM ET. The market resolves to Team Yandex if they win the BO5, or to LGD Gaming if they win the BO5. The listed resolution rule also matters: if the match is canceled, ends in a tie, or is delayed more than 7 days without a winner, the market goes to 50-50, and official results from Dotabuff are the primary source for settlement.
A Dota 2 final can be hard to call because a best-of-five gives both teams room to adapt draft plans, react to patch trends, and change pace across multiple maps. Team names in esports can also reflect lineups that change over time, so readers often want to verify that the listed roster and event page match the actual grand final being played. The market is pricing a disagreement about whether Team Yandex or LGD Gaming is more likely to close out the series under the tournament’s final-match format.
Anything that changes the likelihood of winning a BO5 can move this market: confirmed lineup changes, late substitutions, illness, map-veto information, or official bracket updates from the event. In Dota 2 specifically, patch and meta fit matter a lot in finals, so a team that looks strong on certain draft styles or comfort heroes may draw more support if the series is expected to favor those picks. If the match is delayed, rescheduled, forfeited, or otherwise altered, the resolution rules can matter as much as the on-server result.

View marketThe current market price implies roughly a 83% chance for the leading outcome, based on live Polymarket pricing. That number is not a prediction from PredictionNinja and it is not a guarantee; it is the current crowd-priced view of the market and can change quickly when new information appears.
Check the official BLAST playoff bracket and the final result source on Dotabuff, since that is the listed settlement source unless final results are not posted within two hours after the event ends. Because this market names a BO5 grand final, readers should confirm whether the series actually started, whether all maps were completed, and whether any unusual outcome such as a walkover or disqualification occurred. The deadline also matters: if the match is not decided by the stated event window or is pushed more than 7 days past schedule without a winner, the market can resolve to 50-50 under the rules.

This market is currently listed with an end date of Jun 7, 2026. Market timelines can change if the underlying event is postponed, rescheduled, or resolved early.
This market refers to the Dota 2 Grand final match between Team Yandex and LGD Gaming in the BLAST Slam Playoffs, initially scheduled for June 7 at 9:30AM ET. This market will resolve to "Team Yandex" if Team Yandex win the match against LGD Gaming. This market will resolve to "LGD Gaming" if LGD Gaming win the match against Team Yandex. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://www.dotabuff.com. However, if https://www.dotabuff.com has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
Probability signal
The current price implies a strong favorite, so new information would need to be meaningful to move the market sharply.
Liquidity context
Liquidity is relatively deep for a prediction market page, so quoted prices may be more reliable than very thin markets.
Spread
The bid-ask spread is wider, so the headline probability may be less precise than it looks.
