This market is about the LEC Playoffs grand final between G2 Esports and Karmine Corp in League of Legends, a best-of-five that decides the tournament champion. Because it is the final series of the playoffs, the result matters more than a single regular-season game and can reflect form, preparation, and draft adaptation under pressure.
The question here is simple: which team wins the BO5 grand final, G2 Esports or Karmine Corp. The market description says the match was initially scheduled for June 7 at 11:00 AM ET, and it resolves to the team that wins the match as recorded by the official result source, gol.gg, with a fallback to credible reporting if final results are not posted within two hours after the event ends. If the series is canceled, never played, ends in a tie, or is delayed more than seven days without a winner, the market goes to 50-50 under the stated rules.
A grand final brings together two teams that have already survived the playoff bracket, so there is real uncertainty even when one side looks favored. G2 Esports is a long-established European powerhouse, while Karmine Corp is one of the region’s most visible and passionately followed teams, which makes this a high-interest matchup for LEC viewers. The market is effectively pricing which side is more likely to adapt better across a full best-of-five, where coaching, draft planning, and momentum can matter as much as raw lane strength.
The biggest price movers are anything that changes how people expect the BO5 to play out: confirmed roster changes, substitutions, illness, or any late competitive eligibility issue. In-game factors also matter, especially champion pool pressure, side selection, and whether one team has shown a strong answer to the other’s preferred styles in earlier playoff games. Because this is a final, public bracket results, official match start time changes, and any note about forfeiture, delay, or rescheduling can also affect how the market is interpreted under the resolution rules.

View marketThe current market price implies roughly a 53% chance for the leading outcome, based on live Polymarket pricing. That number is not a prediction from PredictionNinja and it is not a guarantee; it is the current crowd-priced view of the market and can change quickly when new information appears.
Before resolution, readers should verify that the match was actually played, completed, and officially recorded by the stated source, gol.gg, or by credible reporting if that source is slow to update. The important deadline in the rules is seven days after the scheduled date: beyond that, without a winner determined, the market resolves 50-50. It is also worth checking the exact outcome type, since the market treats a pre-start forfeit differently from a match that begins and later ends through forfeiture or disqualification.

If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
