This market asks who will take Map 1 in the Counter-Strike match between TYLOO and 9z at the IEM Cologne Major Stage 2. Because the settlement depends on a single map rather than the full series, veto order, map pool, and each team’s preparation for the opening map can matter a lot.
The page is about the Round 4 match between TYLOO and 9z in the IEM Cologne Major Stage 2, initially scheduled for June 8 at 10:30 AM ET. The market resolves to TYLOO if TYLOO win Map 1, or to 9z if 9z win Map 1; if the match starts and Map 1 finishes with a winner, that completed map is enough for resolution even if the rest of the match is not played. If Map 1 is never completed, or if the match is canceled or delayed more than 7 days without starting, the market resolves 50-50.
Map 1 can be especially uncertain in Counter-Strike because teams often prepare specific opening strategies, and the first map may reflect a different balance than the full match. TYLOO and 9z are the named teams in a tournament setting where scheduling, map selection, and roster readiness all shape the opener, so the market is really pricing which side is better positioned to start fast. The inclusion of a 50-50 fallback also matters, because unresolved or abandoned maps do not settle as a normal win for either team.
Anything that clarifies the likely first map or the teams’ readiness can move this market, especially because the outcome is tied only to Map 1. Official match start information, map veto order, roster changes, last-minute stand-ins, or a sign that one team is likely to be stronger on the opening map can all affect expectations. If the match is delayed, interrupted, or Map 1 is completed under unusual circumstances, those developments matter directly because the settlement rules depend on whether the map finishes.

View marketThe current market price implies roughly a 0% chance for the leading outcome, based on live Polymarket pricing. That number is not a prediction from PredictionNinja and it is not a guarantee; it is the current crowd-priced view of the market and can change quickly when new information appears.
The key source of truth is the official result record on HLTV, which the market says will control settlement unless final results are not posted within two hours after the event ends. Readers should verify whether the match actually begins, whether Map 1 is completed, and which team is credited with the map win, since that is all that matters for resolution. It is also worth checking the event timing and whether any cancellation or long delay pushes the market into its 50-50 fallback rule.
